How I Build
Every product starts at day zero.
The work is getting to day one.
The 021 lens applies whether it's my product or a client's. An existing product gets a day-zero mission and a sprint workflow. A new idea gets the full arc: map the problem → architect the system → design the experience → direct AI to build → ship to production. Rapid iteration across all product stages. I conceive, architect, and ship production software by directing AI to write code for products I design. Engineering team, startup capital — no longer in the critical path.

How I Got Here
Act I · Data Centers → Enterprise Products → Global Markets
I started in enterprise data center planning, moved into product management for F500 networking, then launched a first-in-class storage product across Europe as a five-year expat — building it from $0 to $48M. From there I scaled to $110M in global market development across four continents. This is where I learned to build systems that drive revenue at scale, across teams, geographies, and time zones.
Act II · Product Innovation → Entrepreneurship → Semantic Web
At SourceMedia I built the first structured innovation-management system and doubled the digital product pipeline. That work spawned E-Me Ventures, a semantic-web startup mining text analytics and sentiment on early Amazon Cloud — I raised $2M and built AI before AI had a name. Later, as Chief Scaling Officer at The Incubation Factory, I wrote the acceleration playbooks for a portfolio of companies.
Act III · Culinary Innovation → Chef to Code → FoodTech Partnerships
I built a restaurant from a delivery-only concept into an award-winning, full-service operation — my own money on the line, a custom rubix-cube menu system and POS workflows, and the whole tech stack from ordering to payments. Six years, healthy margins, a retail line, and a kitchen I ran as founding chef, sold during Covid. Then I turned that into HeartSong, consulting on FoodTech and merchant-services platforms — living operator, vendor, and customer all at once.
Act IV · Incubator → HealthTech AI → AI Builder
I scaled a UK FoodTech SaaS platform to 1,500+ merchant locations as N.A. Head of Partnerships, building the CRM, onboarding automations, and demand engine from scratch. Then I co-founded Launchpad Greenville — the Southeast's first CoWork + Pre-Accelerator — helped raise ~$1M, built the digital ops, and exited with outlier multiples. Then AI changed everything, and I started building products myself: ZenBeli, Pola, $Agency — concept to production.
How I Live
The building runs on a real life — a very demanding goldendoodle, a kitchen past, a room full of instruments, and a habit of collecting places. A few windows into it, growing over time.
